Adult Leaders
Adults are a very important part of 4-H – they are the foundation of our programming! We need parents, teachers, mentors, and volunteers just like you to help us continue a tradition of excellence in educating and helping our La Crosse County youth become well-rounded individuals prepared for the challenges they face in a growing world.

Executive Committee
The La Crosse County 4-H Leaders Board consists of 4-H volunteer and parent leaders who are looking to help make smart decisions and contributions in the areas of budgeting, decision-making, and leadership for the 4-H Youth Development program. All important decisions in any project or program are brought to the Leaders Board, voted on, and implemented if passed.

The Leaders Board Meetings are on 2nd Thursdays of each month.

All 4-H adult volunteers and older 4-H youth are eligible to serve! Voting for positions will take place the November meeting by ballot and terms will begin in January the following year. The La Crosse County 4-H Leaders Association is pleased to invite all 4-H leaders, parents, and volunteers to the annual holiday party! A free meal and dessert will be had along with a short awards ceremony and plenty of holiday shenanigans! Guests are encouraged to bring something small for a door prize gift exchange.
