WI 4-H Foundation
Due March 15th via email at 5:00 p.m. The Wisconsin 4-H Foundation will award more than $15,000 in scholarships to students based on demonstrated personal growth through 4-H, development and leadership in 4-H, academic performance and future educational goals. 4-H Leaders Association
Due March 1st. The La Crosse County 4-H Leaders Association will award up to 5 scholarships of $300 each to current high school senior 4-H members who have been active for at least 5 years and will be pursuing a post-secondary education in the following Fall. Due April 1st via mail. The La Crosse County Agricultural Society will award 2 scholarships of varying amounts to current high school seniors who participate in the La Crosse Interstate Fair, are active 4-H/FFA members and will be enrolled in post-secondary education in the following Fall. Shooting Sports Scholarship
Due April 1st via mail. The La Crosse County 4-H Shooting Sports Project will award 2 scholarships of varying amounts to current high school juniors and seniors who participate in the La Crosse County 4-H Shooting Sports Project. For details, eligibility and application, click here.
State Fair Dairy Promotion Board
Due February 1st via email. The Wisconsin State Fair Dairy Promotion Board is offering $1,000 scholarships to students that will be 3rd or 4th year college students during the academic year. Applicants must be Wisconsin residents enrolled full-time at a 4-year Wisconsin school and be pursuing a dairy-related or food science degree. Due April 1st via mail. The Western Wisconsin Beef Producers will award $300 scholarships to graduating high school seniors planning to end post-secondary education. Applicants must be or have an immediate family member that is in good standing of the Cooperative and be pursing education on an agricultural-related field. Due March 1st via mail. The Wisconsin 4-H Horse Association will award up to 6 scholarships to high school seniors or 1st year post-secondary students who have participated in the 4-H Horse & Pony Project for at least 4 consecutive years. Applicants must be pursuing higher education of any major. For details, eligibility and application, click here.
Due December 1st via mail. The Wisconsin Pork Association will award scholarships to high school seniors pursuing post-high school education. Preference is given to individuals who have been involved in and possess a sincere interest in the pork industry. Due May 26th via mail. Your thoughts – combined with your writing skills and creativity – can put you in line to receive one of seven scholarships. Rural Mutual Insurance Company, Wisconsin Towns Association, and Scott Construction, Inc. are again offering the following scholarships to winners of an essay contest. Scholarships will be awarded on the following basis:
Wisconsin Towns Association
- Two (2) $1,000 scholarships will be awarded to the students with the highest-ranking essay score from a town or village insured by Rural Mutual Insurance Company as of May 1
- Five (5) $1,000 scholarships will be awarded to the top five additional students with the highest ranking essay scores.
