8:00pm - 9:00pm

One of the virtual 4-H meetings I held over the past year was how to have hard conversations. We’re taking this statewide in the virtual community. Megan (Shawano 4-H Educator) and I will host this super informal series.

If you (or your youth) are in grades 6-9, or even older, and struggled with confidence in holding your own, or want ideas on how to communicate Better (trust me, this is stuff I wish I learned a LOT sooner in life), then you’ll want to look into this. It’s a six-week course starting Tuesdays April 20 (going until May 23), covering self-awareness, non-verbal language and tone, intergenerational communication,
how to hold onto your truth, listening, all the good stuff in a wonderfully safe place. This will majorly score you some emotional intelligence points. It will be held virtually in the evenings from 8-9pm as a good summary of the day sort of thing.

Registration is available in 4HOnline! If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out: lacrossecounty4h@lacrossecounty.org.
