La Crosse County 4-H Food Stand

The Food Stand is the annual fundraiser put on and organized by the La Crosse County 4-H Food Stand Committee and is open for service during the La Crosse Interstate Fair in July and the Oktoberfest Races in the Fall at the Fairgrounds in West Salem. All youth and clubs must participate at some point during the year by volunteering for a shift in the Food Stand in order to receive funding and scholarships for activities and events throughout the year by the 4-H Leaders Board. Here is how the money benefits our program!

Oktoberfest Races

When: October 10-11 2026 | 7:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

This will be a joint effort between the La Crosse County Agricultural Society and La Crosse County 4-H. Your help is greatly needed, especially if you were not able to do your part over Fair week! We are looking for volunteers to help set-up and work the Saturday shift from 7:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. and the Sunday shift from 7:30 a.m.- 11:30 a.m. To sign up, please tell us how many are coming in 4-HOnline.
