Anyone looking to receive Leaders Association trip scholarships for the 2021-2022 year should have an ME (Membership Evaluation) form on file with the 4-H office. This form has all of the potential trips listed for selection, rendering multiple scholarship applications unnecessary. Please submit your form to the La Crosse County Extension Office at 212 6th St N, Suite 2200, La Crosse, WI 54601, or submit it lacrossecounty4h@lacrossecounty.org by 4:30 p.m. Friday, October 1, 2021.
